Ahalanui (Hot Pond) Illegal vendors

The covered picnic area at the Ahalanui (Hot Pond) has a County Council sign stating that no business is to be conducted in the park area.  Due to infrequent police patrols vendors blatantly set up card tables selling items; others sell coconuts from the back of a pickup truck.

The park is one of the few tourist areas in the state that one can visit without the ubiquitous in-your-face merchandising.
