Water and Acne:
I don't recall reading about how much water one is supposed to drink per day until I was 32. I may have read it. I might have been told it. But it sure didn't sink in. Then, when I did read that I'm supposed to drink eight (8) eight oz. glasses of water each day, I said to myself "No way." That's a lot a water. Heck, I'd be peeing all day. Here's the poop scoop: You eat all sort of stuff. Animals are fed penicillin and hormone pills, and goodness knows what else; vegetables are sprayed with pesticides, and food is prepared with a long list of chemical ingredients written on the back of the box. Your liver helps you process certain things. It removes the toxins and sends them to your kidneys and you pee them out.
Another thing I didn't know was that our skin takes in (absorbs through osmosis) toxins.
Partners of people who don't eat meat most of the time will swear that the odor from their partner's perspiration changes when they eat meat. If you don't help flush out the toxins with water so that they exit through your fecal matter and urine you leave your body no choice but to push the toxins out through your skin. You don't read it anywhere but I'm sure that all pimples, acne, body growths, warts, liver spots, bumps etc. are because one didn't drink enough water. The bottom line: 1) Each time you
pass a water fountain take a drink (not a sip but a full 8 ounces). [ top ] Close this window to return to the page you came from. |
